Our project management department is open from 8am - 5pm Central time, Monday through Friday.
Minimum Order
Orders must meet the minimum of $50.00 for shipment.
Prepaid Freight
Orders exceeding $1000.00 will be shipped freight free. Cabinets and cabinet doors ship F.O.B. Manufacturer's dock.
Delivery
Orders will ship no later then 48 hours after receipt.
Back Order Policy
Products temporarily out of stock will not be automatically backordered, however we will back order at your request. Our project managers will provide you with an expected delivery date.
Terms of Sale
Our terms are net 30 days. All accounts are payable to DirecSupply, Inc. and should be remitted to the address indicated on your invoice.
Returned Goods
You may return items listed in the catalog that are unused and in resalable condition for full credit within 30 days of receipt. Restocking charges may apply after 30 days. Custom orders can not be returned.
Please contact DirecSupply for an RGA number before returning merchandise.
Shipment damages/discrepancies
If for any reason there is a discrepancy between the packing slip and material shipped it must be noted on the freight bill and reported to DirecSupply within 48 hours.
