Return Policy

DirecSupply accepts unused products back in its original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Particular items may not be returnable or may have specific instructions. For more information on returns please see the sections below before making your return. If you have any questions, please contact us at 866-937-3050.

 

Restocking Fees

All returned, canceled, or refused items are subject to a restocking fee. In some cases, return freight charges may apply as well.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage on the Bill of Lading/Packing Slip at the time of delivery and then call 866-937-3050 to let your Project Manager know within 3 business days.

 

Defective Items

If you receive an order you believe to be defective, please call 866-937-3050 with a description of the defective product so that we may advise you on how to proceed.

 

Shortages

If your order arrives short, please notate the shortage on the Bill of Lading/Packing Slip at the time of delivery and then call 866-937-3050 to let your Project Manager know within 3 business days.

 

Custom Orders

Any customized orders including fabricated and made-to-order drop shipments are non-returnable.

 

Special Orders

All special order, non-catalog/non-website items are non-returnable.
